1. Adrian: Quin I'm impressed. You're actually able to pronounce Gyana na Kashu.
2. Nathan Davis: I was suspecting some sort of bug with WoL. I would notice that I would just randomly hit extremely low for seemingly no reason and I could not figure out for the life of me why it was happening.
3. DARQs: Hahaha everytime he says Kyoshiro I have a good laugh with my Japanese friend. Also It's funny that you mention WoW because I feel that that community has been shafted the MOST by developers over the years offering little to no changes to the game with huge droughts between updates and lackluster content for the endgame. A lot of people have stated their dismay with the direction blizzard has gone and it's evident that their focus is now on pulling the big money as opposed to developing engaging, content rich games that are of extremely high polish.

5. Chris P: +Charley Wise Because they don't wanna spread the player base over to many torment levels. Quite a few people will probably still T10 for faster clearing. They could've added 1 more lvl in my opinion though. Last time torment went up 4 levels and this time 3.
6. Karenius: I really wish you would bring more attention to other classes as well, as a person with quite abit of influence to the game you only talk about how to improve monks most of the time.

24. mrtheoden: how about fixing consoles - atm monsters in consoles have more HP than the PC version. This is countered by NGs allowing double damage, but in most cases, you're not going to get NGs when fighting the rift boss and it's effectively harder for console players to take down RGs...again, Blizzard doesn't give a shit about console players and lacks common sense on game balance.

27. KrissFromNorway: The game calculates your damage from many sources of information. Weapon damage, _attack speed_, % damage increase, % elemental, % area damage and so on. But while your damage is dynamic (changing with every fight) some skills/item effects have static damage. This means that some skills (for example Damage over Time abilities) will have many ticks of damage over time but the _snapshotting_ refers to how this (stable) damage is calculated at one point in time - when your damage is highest. Your damage changes - your spells damage stays stable over time. Snapshotting is to take advantage of modifiers such as attack speed increasers or passive bonus damages when you activate the damage. But this isn't very intuitive and thats why it is so sketchy (it also doesn't make for fun gameplay). When competing on the leaderboards there is no way to be relevant without abusing this because it makes very big impact on how strong you are.

35. mrtheoden: well many console players have stated this, and there's several threads on the forums about it. Blizzard has ignored it though. Basically, console players getting and using NGs do around the same damage as PC players without any NG. Have you even played D3 on a console?
36. ScorpionKingTP: Blizzard should add special slots for unique gems. Find a good ring or amulet without socket actually makes the items useless for most of the time.
37. Clean Living: Oh man wouldn't that be nice? Snapshotting is such an old fashioned mechanic and really tedious to use. Makes competitive Uliana a chore instead of an absolute blast.

39. Raky Renato: Quin can you make a vid about what benefits are the free sets have. Especially for hc.. I would like to start 2-3 chars but want to know which free set should I acclaim first for farming and survival. I love sader and dh most :) thanks if you answer here to and can't wait for the build guides after s6 shut down

Gro Hazelnut: At this point it's clear the game has turned in to a bucket where everything is thrown in straight from the idea board, be it shit or honey...The final mixture is what matters and we all know that when you add a teaspoon of shit in a barrel of honey you get a barrel of shit as a result. So yeah, I wouldn't mind turning in bounties at MaximBady instead of Tyrael.
42. jersute: cringe alert - the belt is "key oh she row" = kyoshiro. the range problem is actually worse because it's checked both client and server side and with desync you can have a mob on top of you (those jumping assassins grr) and technically still at range because the server and your client are mismatched so the belt happily expires and you can never get it started in high rifts with too much mob density past a certain latency (roughly 400ms+ is enough to enter this gulag. tested with dummynet)  you shouldn't have to wait until you get a slow moving undead GR just to attempt a competitive time clear because of a gimp mechanic. alternatively make it so SWK will NOT remove the last stack for a damage bonus if only one remains. so many deaths due to just that lunacy alone. kill zdps meta. make cornered twisters reflect all damage to the group instead of hitting monsters imo. kill borrowed ladder gems being used in solo play. enforce ladders that are self earned. this season is a bust because they failed to fix it at the start so another season with it around it is bs. props on explaining the uliana issue. i wasn't entirely clear on the details but observed manual applications were the only thing working with MR and stopped running area dmg/assim bc i couldn't get it to apply cleanly. the on/off/on pattern combined with coe tracking is horrible meta. seems cool at first until you hit high GR and realize you only get 3*15 damage cycles. epiphany will never get fixed. neither will rubberbanding for tcp/cubic users. also gfl ever getting blizzard to hide the UI. the most they did for hots was allow clicks to go through the map (transparent picking depth) and that was only after half the community stopped playing. the only game with longevity that allows you to do that? wow+lua. every other game we ask for it and they refuse to implement it because they don't understand hyper sensitive mice and cursors bounded in full screen mode ending up on ui elements when the game lags.

49. John Rodrigues: I've heard of the epiphany bug, Ive never had this problem even with a laggy server. ping normally 105. lately though it's been jumping to 300+ even though my Internet is always stable. but still I've never had that issue of not doing damage.

56. Don Capps: It's pronounced "Swa" as in swan and "mi" as in me. There are soooo many things Blizzard could easily do to greatly improve D3...especially the end game. Not the least of which would be allowing us to disable certain parts of the interface while in gameplay so we don't inadvertently click on chat or seasonal objectives or our inventory or etc etc etc and then die. LOL. Also, how about some sort of selective auto pickup...so that we can just collect the things we want to collect just like we pickup gold and health globes? Talk about improving gameplay in higher GR! But it won't happen. D3's lifecycle is almost over and the devs are retooling for whatever comes next.

65. Clean Living: Sometimes I like to imagine instead of doubling all the numbers each patch (more or less) Blizz scales everything down. Because that would reveal that pushing GR100 this season compared to 90 last, and 75 before that is just artificial progress. Maybe they'd refocus on what makes D3 fun instead of hiding behind "Look how much more powerful you are with no gameplay changes, better skill, or new gear, just thanks to this patch!"

85. Just Poetics: So far to date, this next patch just seems like a great big kick in the nuts for every single spec that relies on debuffing enemies just to stay on their GR game. So all of the characters that had reasons to struggle before can now struggle even more. What a crock of shit. If this is all you have left in mind to evolve the game, Blizzard...then just move on and give us Diablo 4.

108. Sascha Kay: If you apply an EP while you have a dmg-buff, this EP is buffed. The EP stays buffed, as long as it is applied even when the buff on your character has dropped. When you spread that EP through SSS+Gundogear, all the EPs will keep that buffed status. So even when you doesnt have that buff anymor, you can carry those buffed EPs through a whole rift-level...thats snapshotting

Justin Doyle: You are living in a dream world if you think they will ever be able to perfectly balance every single set, now I agree that some could use alot of tweaks and buffs, but there will ALWAYS, and I repeat ALWAYS be a top dog. If a set is good, that means the other sets are not as good, they could technically fix this by tweaking sets literally on the fly every week or so, but lets be real, you dont pay a monthly fee to play the game and there is 0 reasons for them to invest that much manpower.

The lightning rune makes you an AOE god, its fun as shit and the lightning epiphany rune is one of the best snyergies with it in the whole game but that, with all the right items with the swk set, its still a gr70build at best. Not to mention you sometimes drop ALL your sweeping wind stacks out of no where...
129. Mike Printz: I fully understand the nerfs to gear and skills that contribute to the 3 support/ 1 dps meta. However, when those nerfs directly impact the solo play of that character, you've just gotten lazy in your programming. The nerfs to the witch doctor only affected/nerfed the allies, not the character solo build. Why not apply the same design to the nerfs to the Monk's Forbidden Palace and such? Going to refer to and rename the Monk class as the Rodney Dangerfield class.

143. sujezz: Would also be nice if they changed maximum stacks of sweeping winds and stacks generated by belt. Right now if you're dual wielding like most people do you're getting a 15% attack speed increase, with paragons that's 25%, which sets my Wave of Light to ~1.73 aps or something similiar with no %attack speed on items. Which makes Speed Pylons useless because it's giving us not only extra speed boost but also attack speed boost which often results in dropping stacks by getting us above 2 attacks per second. We gain 2 stacks every second from belt which means crossing 2 attacks per second means we don't get to position ourselves nicely and do damage but drop stacks then run around hoping it won't do damage to anyone. Same goes for Seize the Initiative which also puts us above 2 aps.

DARQs: if you watch part 1 and 2 in unison he actually gives a pretty good overview of the game as a whole, this part is focused primarily on monks as it's his main class where he's been able to do comprehensive testing and as such is able to offer a lot more feedback. That being said I think other higher ranking members of the community (chainer, alkaizer etc) should make video like this on PTR results as they get enough traffic to at least be noticed by blizzard and consider such changes.

156. Richard Barrett: They need the gamers to design the game because the devs have lost touch with the game. And name changes will do nothing for the game. At this point on a new ACT or something similar can save it.
157. homerjnick: Bugs that have been present for more than one season...team moving on...no others moving to the D3 team and patch 2.4.0 > 2.4.1 > 2.4.2...read the pattern guys...D3 is dwindling...the next few Season's will eventually not have any patches...they will just continue with bug fixes until they are happy with it...there will be no new sets or any revamp of sets now...

Evan: +GreedyDragon I got some pics of my 91 marauder savage nuke build if you wanna check it out ; ) yea sorry about the miscommunication, most of the people i grouped with thought they were hot shit when they told me they bought all legacy items, and coming from someone who played legit..it was frustrating. I'm quite happy with my stock Mjolnir clearing 80 maps by myself relatively quick. but yea check out the savage nuke build on the forums that's what I'm running atm not sure if the author has updated it though! cheers!
163. Fred Fredsen: I know you are a Monk player but if you call a video "Patch 2.4.2 Feedback & Overview" and only talk abaout Monk stuff I feel a bit clickbaited...... I rly was excited also to hear something abaout the other classes.... :/ But what you said about Monk was very interesting.
164. ZerglingPack: Finally someone with a voice talking about the sweeping wind belt. I made a post on the forum about how it's completely counter intuitive, hopefully now that Quin talked about it, something will be done. Wait the hide UI hides everything?! I was so excited thinking it was just to get rid of the damn chat box. I can't tell you how many times I've died because I try to attack something in the corner of the screen. The epiphany bug is really weird, with the "pillar of the ancients" rune the pillar does no damage, but the DoT effect does do damage. Damn I was hoping Quin was just going to throw in that Akkhan needs a damn buff, it's still so bad, and could make for some really interesting builds if it could even hold a candle to the LoN or Invoker builds.

166. Don Capps: Bra...just takin' the piss. Nothin' personal. Don't take it so hard. Besides, you aren't gonna quit. You're gonna do what every hardcore D3 junkie does...find a workaround. :D Truth is, Blizzard has stopped really caring about this game. It's at it's End of Life so the developers are looking forward toward their Next Big Thing. Rumors abound in gaming circles of an MMO set in the Diablo universe. Wouldn't surprise me in the least. But serious content rich updates to D3? I highly doubt it. That said, I agree with all of Quin's ideas. He's passionate about the game and he cares about his fellow players. If the blues gave a rip, they would listen to him intently.

That whole horrendous cycle he describes at 8:02 where you have to fight the boss for 2 seconds, run away for 5 seconds to get your stacks back, repeat is the reason I threw my Sunwuko Monk in the trash.

Such as frenzy (barb) make it hit multiple targets like it did. They should make one of the generators be like Zeal (Crusader) oh and buff the hammers again! paragon 800+ I'm able to clear grift 86.. If they buffed frozen orb that'd be great so it could proc with "Rimeheart". etc. etc. I believe some changes along those lines would draw some people back into the game who were fans of Diablo II: LoD.

186. mrtheoden: will corruption shoulders be fixed on consoles too (has been bugged for an awful long time without a fix in sight, despite the bug being reported on Blizzard's forums many many times by many players). LON/disint/arcane wiz are still incredibly weak compared to other builds - any build should be roughly equivalent in DPS to the other builds, but with D3 you have to play a certain set/skill set in order to be able to compete. This is just bad game balance.

212. DARQs: regardless of this fact they still have people hired by blizzard to support the game. I.e., people are being PAID to keep the game alive and resolve issues with it. Not addressing major issues or concerns that are a widely known and a huge outcry from the community is essentially like a shift worker sleeping on the job. It's evident that they DO care, hence the post from the devs about twister, it's just an issue of how much they are able to cover in this one patch to potentially make the game more engaging. As Quin has stated the game is moving in a positive direction, they are attempting to "keep their ears to the ground" and make changes that will appeal to the vast majority, but as you have seen with items such as scar bringer getting that balance right is extremely difficult especially with the damage scaling in the state that it's in. Yes, there might not be huge content patches but at the very least there can be changes made to the game next season that are capable of making it feel fresh, engaging and completely different from the last two (at least we can pray)

Blizzard in order to destroy the annoying 3 Sup / 1 Dps leaderboards they nerfed many support builds..But in doing it they also nerfed the Solo builds players used to pushed the Solo Leaderboards like the Companion skill Wolf that gave you quite a good damage buff..So why insted of nerfed it they didn't make it to affect you and only you?? Wouldn't that be better??Or another idea..When you cast Wolf you get the bonus buff you have now,but your party members take only the half buff....

They only think in theory and analyse from what happens after (!) changes. There is a significant lack of high-skilled actual players input in the company Blizzard. It's like they build cars, but they have no own test drivers so what they do is release the car on a test area so strangers can drive them and then try to rework the car design. I also read they don't think and build the game from the endgame idea, but from results. That's kinda funny. Very, very weird working philosophy for game design, but in their minds it seems to make sense. Only thing i see from it is - that it is no wonder we have all this well-known problems with Blizzard games. Not to talk from the idea of "nerfing is bad cuz it feels wrong for the players" kind of super-weird thinking model. I don't even know where to start...what the hell are they thinking? xD Heard ot their original idea to make a progression-based ranked system in overwatch? hahaha that's what you get from their thinking model...anyway they tested it - surprisingly no one liked it - now they make it competitive - now Blizzard is (indeed) surprised ppl like that more, cuz guess what players we're not childish. Blizzard might not be a good thinking tank, but at least they make technically high-quality games and ppl like you lent them know-how on actual gameplay.

They gave us loot 2.0, adventure mode, removed the auction house, added hundreds of legendaries with affixes, etc... A game can not be 'perfect'. Not diablo 3, not any game. But it can try to attract as many players as it can.
