In this video I speak about how the life we portray, within our relationships and even how we see ourselves could be one big movie script. As a result, we get lost in the 'stories of our lives'.
Very similar to when we are in a normal dream, wouldn't you say?
However, if we were to pull ourselves out of the 'story' and look at our identity and interactions with others from a broader perspective, we may see that true lucidity can occur in our waking lives and lead us to liberation.
